Employees of licensed contractors may attend with the following documentation: Employees of a licensed contractor must provide a letter from their employer stating that the trainee is employed and the letter must include the employer's licensure category and license number. Independent contractors taking the course must provide a copy of a certificate of workers’ compensation insurance or a copy of a certificate of exemption from workers' compensation insurance.
